AI Creative Designer
Full-time • Remote
Introduction
You know good design when you see it, and now you build it fast. With tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Canva, your workflow runs from first prompt to final asset, then into clean, click-ready layouts in Elementor.
If you’ve got sharp taste, know how to use AI to move faster, and care about what actually converts, this role’s for you. As an AI Creative Designer at Native Commerce, you’ll shape the visuals behind high-performing funnels, building cohesive brand looks and turning data into designs that drive action.
Team Mission
The Funnel & Lifecycle squad turns curiosity into conversions. We orchestrate copy, design, and automation so that every click feels inevitable and every download feels rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Publish all publishing media visuals, hero banners, ad creatives, social tiles, and email graphics, using Midjourney, Canva, Ideogram, and Figma
- Design lead magnets (e-books, checklists, mini-courses) and export press-ready PDFs that feel both on-brand and binge-worthy.
- Build landing and opt-in pages in Elementor or Thrive Leads, applying current CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices for scroll depth, hierarchy, and ethical urgency.
- Maintain the brand kit: colors, typography, imagery, iconography, and motion guidelines stay consistent across 16 sites and six newsletters.
- Run visual QA on new templates before they go live; document reusable blocks so the whole team ships faster.
- Partner with Growth & Content to A/B-test creatives, interpret results, and iterate until the needles move.
- Scout new AI tools - pilot, adopt, or sunset software so our creative stack never lags behind industry pace.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years creating performance-driven marketing graphics or UI layouts.
- Hands-on Midjourney and Canva experience (prompt craft, style tuning, brand libraries).
- Proven Elementor or Thrive Leads page-building chops (layouts, pop-ups, split tests).
- Fluency with brand systems in Figma; you think in components, not one-offs.
- Conversion mindset—you monitor clicks and opt-ins like other designers track dribbble likes.
- Comfortable working async in Notion, Slack, and Loom; feedback makes your work better, not personal.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing for multi-brand portfolios.
- Basic motion-graphics skills (Lottie, Canva-Animate).
- Familiarity with GA4 or Mixpanel for creative attribution.
- Certification in conversion-rate optimization or UX writing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive PHP salary aligned with top-quartile PH market data.
- Flexible schedule with 2-hour core overlap in GMT+8.

Native Commerce Culture
Curiosity drives everything we do. Our work rests on clear promises: Know the Reader, Start Small, Learn Fast, Create with AI, Craft with Intention, Track What Moves the Needle, Be Candid, Be Kind. Together, these keep us building fast, improving constantly, and supporting each other along the way.
We’re a remote-native team across time zones, so clarity and trust matter. Check-ins help us stay aligned, lean into our strengths, and move through feedback quickly—direct enough to improve the work, thoughtful enough to build the person.
And when something works? The Slack threads light up and the virtual gong gets a workout. Progress fuels momentum, and momentum builds the next idea. If you value honest collaboration, smart metrics, and a culture that celebrates both wins and growth—you’ll feel right at home here.
If this role sparks your curiosity, even if you don’t meet every requirement, we want to hear from you. Apply below and tell us how you’d grow an audience into a thriving revenue engine.
